Fixed: Issue with longer DSN-less connection string by removing the encryptedpwd attribute
which is only relevant on the machine where the DSN was created. This fixes the issue on Kerberos
systems where a user cannot create a DSN since it reduces the connection string length.
Updated to support latest version of Starburst ODBC driver which uses a different name.
Fixed issue in 11.5.0.1 with ODBC Connections without Catalogs specified.
