Remove white spaces around text area

Hi,

I'm trying to remove white spaces around my text areas. I'll attach a screenshot below.

I'm using coloured backgrounds and a calculated column in each text area as a summary view. It's very cramped and I need to try and remove this white space so it fits a lot nicer. I have tried a few different ways to get rid of it but nothing seems to work.

Any help is appreciated.
