Building Packages Thru Console in Spotfire Package Builder - "Only relative paths are allowed" when building package

Hi guys,

I'm having the issue when trying to build packages in Spotfire Package Builder thru the command line. I'm following this tutorial:

I created required package description file. Screenshot of it attached. When I try to run it thru command line, I'm getting the error in screenshot of command line. Does anyone know what could be the possible issue with it I have also, screenshot attached of the relevant folders locations in C disk. Thanks.
