How do I manage Labels on Line Charts

Hello Everyone,

I want to manage the labels on line charts but I cnnot find any way to do it. for instance, in the chart below I want labels for red line to be shown above the red line, and blue line labels to be shown below blue line. but as we can see label properties does not have anything to move them around. I am sure there is way to do iy but I could not find it. I did also checked other tabs for this feature but could not find it.
