I am very new to Spotfire and R-Script. That said, I am able to run an anova table in R. How to can take the statistical output from R and use it in Spotfire. Any examples or advice would be appreciated!

You want to use a Data Function in Spotfire to handle this scenario. Create a new data function, use the script from R, then use the output (probably table, possibly a column) in Spotfire for new visualizations.

This walks you through creating a sample data function so that you understand how it works, then you can try creating one using your R code.
