Azure SQL Virtual machine

Hello,

I'm using guidehttps://community.spotfire.com/wiki/deploying-spotfire-azureto setup Spotfire in Azure.

The guidehttps://community.spotfire.com/wiki/setting-spotfire-database-azure-sql-database-2#toc-5 describes how to setup an Azure SQL managed instance, however, we need to setup an Azure SQL virtual machine. Could you please provide the guide for setting up an Azure SQL virtual machine
