Calculate New Column... If Or Return Integer

Hi,

I am trying to make a new calculated [Column2] by searching for "Text1" or "Text2" in [Column1] and if either "Text1" or "Text2" is found, then return me an integer 1

If([Column1] = "Text1" or [Column1] = "Text2", 1)

 

--

 

So, obviously it doesn't work... please kindly help. I am not well-versed in the logic language here.

If(String([Column1])="Text1" OR String([Column1])="Text2",1)

avoid variable type error just in case
