Showing whole numbers

Hi everyone!

I know this is a super simple ask, I can't seem to figure out to show whole numbers without showing it on a chart. With the workbook attached, it's some dummy hr data and I'd like to show total active employees, which should be 182, and show the gender ratio which should be F=55% M=45%. So it'd be great to show something like

Active Headcount = 182

Male = 45%

Female = 55%

Without it being on a chart of any sort.
