How to use ajax to avoid refresh visible to end user in analyst or web player

Dear Team,

Does anyone know, how to use ajax (which runs behind the scenes) for python script execution or for text area render. I injected a python script to text area which renders twice i.e. first time when page is loaded and another time to run the script I injected.

Any other solutions or alternatives are also welcomed as my goal is to avoid the refresh glimpse to end user.
