Hi, I am trying to calculate the time difference between 2 rows of data based on a couple of IF scenarios

What I am trying to do is calculate each ResourceNumber from the Finish Time of 3000 Scheduled Downtime to the Start Time of 5000 Unscheduled Downtime

[unsch Maint] - Max([scheduled Maint]) OVER (Previous([scheduled Maint]))

I have tried a lot of different formulas with no success.

The attached spreadsheet has the formulas I use in Excel.

Any assistance appreciated
