Vijay Balakrishnan Posted April 28, 2020 Share Posted April 28, 2020 Hi, We are now evaluvating the SPotfire product and doing couple of POC.I have launched Spotfire from AWS market place and now it is running.Via browser logged in to Spotfire admin console. http:///spotfire Post login Server Toolsoption is not working.Have attached the step by step issue in the attchment..Please help me on this. D:EUTibco-Spotfiresoftspotfireconfigtool>uiconfig.bat Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx4096m The specified size exceeds the maximum representable size. Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit. Even created 16 CPU and 64 GB ram ec2 instance also.Still the same above error.So something is wrong with settings. Lalit Somnathe Posted May 18, 2020 Share Posted May 18, 2020 Answer:- You can try the below steps:- 1. Right click on uiconfig.bat or uiconfig.sh file and select 'edit' 2. Search for 'Xmx' and change its value to a lower number i.e. to 1024m. 3. Save the file 4. Now open it by double clicking on uiconfig.bat. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
