kpi chart graphical changes

I need a kpi chart that looks as close as possible to the matrix of the attached photo. The graphic settings of the kpi chart, however, are insufficient. With the use of scripts there is the possibility of:

1) wrap the title if it is too long

2) if there is no comparison kpi, delete the empty space where the comparison kpi appears

3) reduce the space between one box and another

4) recover the gap between the tile and the upper edge

 

as it is the kpi chart is very useful but not very usable.
