Conditional formatting in cross table

I want to highlight the cell valuesof a calculated column which are lesser than Grand total value for the same colum in the cross table, I have attached the sample excel file showing the same.

Note : All the values in this caluclated column are in Percentage format

Hello Prashine,

 

To achine your requirement you have to use "Color" property of cross table.

 

first goto Cross table ---> properties ----> Add --->sum(Margin)

---> click on "Add rule" button

---> ruletyle "less than", value "0"..

----> you can do same above step for Sum(Margin 2)...
