How to do a weighted standard curve in Spotfire (1/x2)

Hello! I am trying to add weight to my standard curve via spotfire but I can't seem to find that option in the line curve. Can someone please help

 

I looking at mass spec data of my calibration curve. Alternatively, is there a way to calculate line with a given intercept and slope, not necessarily from data points Thanks!

With the given intercept and slope, you can calculate a line from Properties >> Lines & Curves >> Add >> Curve Draw... >> Write your equation there for example:

1.5*x-3This will plot the black line as shown below.

 

I am not sure how your standard curve looks like with the axes values. Perhaps, you can use the same thing as mentioned above to add weight to your curve.
