Spotfire seems to have duplicated values in a category column. How can I undo this

I have a column with 20 catories in the excel source file, but in Spotfire, there are 23 categories and three of them are duplicates. Does anyone know why this has happened and how to undo it

Nevermind I figured it out. There was a space at the beginning of the text in some cases but not others; excel doesn't care about this when it shows you the values in a filtering menu, but Spotfire does.

Additionally while importing the excel file into Spotfire, you can check the number of categories in the import settings wizard and accordingly uncheck the categories too.
