Carrying over cumulative column values per row

I have put together a cross-table. The top value is effective date (member) formatted by year-month. The y-axis values are company name, unique identifier, and effective date (company). The x-axis is Count([iDNum]) - Count([TermDate]). This is great to give me a month-over-month number when there is activity, but it doesn't carry the number to the next month. I also need the column value to update when a non-zero number is present.
