how to disable open library pop up window

Have a pop up window for the "open library" item that I need to disable, is this possible

I don't think there is a direct way to disable it.I would go with restricting access to users by restricting browse+access permissions on respective library folders.

Disable the 'Open from Library' function from the TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise Player license for a group where that user resides. By doing this, the 'Open from Libray' option will be grayed out for the users from that group.
