Thomas Heurtevent
I parameteredlog4net to log diretly in the SQL Serverdatabase (https://docs.tibco.com/pub/spotfire_server/7.7.0/doc/html/TIB_sfire_server_tsas_admin_help/GUID-465EDB5D-22F5-4F17-B158-9755BEEC75EB.html) Spotfire succeed to log in AUDIT_LOG, MONITORING_EVENTS_LOG, OPEN_FILES_LOG, PERFORMANCE_COUNTER_LOG and WEB_APP_LOG tables. However, I have issue with table USER_SESSION_LOG. The program succeeded to log in this table during 5 or 8 days and after this period I have no log anymore. I need to restart node and server to have new entries. Please note as I keep configuration for text file in log4net, all files are updated even the user_session_log flle. Can you tell me if you ever seen this issue Kind regards, Thomas.
Lalit Ochani
Hello Thomas, It would be great if you can log a case with TIBCO SUPPORT. As this might need a further investigation of the logs. Thanks
Rajesh Ramakrishnan
From the manual link, it seems you are running Spotfire 7.7 which is out of support sinceMarch 31, 2019. refer the linkhttps://support.tibco.com/s/article/Support-Policy-End-of-Support-for-the-TIBCO-Spotfire-7-7-product-family Is the issue intermittent or has it not occurred yet since you restarted the Node manager and Spotfire server You may try replicating the issue against one of the supported versions (I recommend upgrading to one of the LTS versions "Spotfire 10.3")
