Datetime property not current or updating

Hi Guys,

I created a DateTime document property and enter a value of "1/1/1900 12:00AM . The problem is that the document property seems to be hard-coded to this value. How do i get the value to show the current date and time always (and anytime the report is opened) I need this to always show the current date and time, and not the hard-coded value/
