Show Columns based on certification

I have a cross table that vertical axis is a persons name and the cell values are if they are certified or not. I want to be able to show that in 30 days they will need a new certification that do not have now. I need to have one table that shows what they have now and another that shows if they got certified for the new one. The part I need help on is that I need it to be dynamic so I dont have to update what they need everytime I want to look at it. Is there a way to do this
