I test nested active directory groups in Spotfire 5.

I test nested active directory groups in Spotfire 5.5.1 and I think I found few strange things:

 

- groups deleted in AD are still existing in spotfire and library

- when I create group with the same name, the group will have the same perms in library like the old deleted group

 

I dont find fix for this tibco website, but maybe you find some solution. Solution is: remove all inactive AD groups from Spotfire DB, but making this manually is impossible.

Wehave the same problem.. we can use AD-groups; new users in the ad-groups are automatically added to the Spotfire environment. But, if we delete users from the AD-groups, they are NOT deleted from the Spotfire environment....

 

I think this is because the group is automatically expanded in the Spotfire environment...

 

Can you make a fix for this!
