How to call C # program from icon menu

I am currently creating a custom program on C # .net.

Custom programs are added to the "Tool" menu at the top of Spotfire and can be called from here.

However, I would like to add an icon button if possible and call it from here.

If you know how to do this, could you tell me

From Spotfire 10.8 onwards, even though custom tool is present under tools, you can customize it to be present in toolbar strip for easy access.
