Edit Text Area in Spotfire 10

I would like to display a binary object using the Text Area tool. However, I cannot find the tool in my Spotfire 10. Right clicking dosn't show 'Edit text area'. Could you help me

You can check with your Administrator if proper licenses are provided for your userid i.e. creating new text area, simple/advancedviz properties licenses are enabled or not.
