I am a licensed user of spotfire version 7 I want to upgrade to the version 10.4. How can I download the version 10

downloading version 10 or upgrade from version 7 to vrsion10 of spotfire,

After downloading can i run the upgraded version with the license file I have

You can download the v10.4 and then install it. At the last installation step, you will get the option to upgrade the existing environment. For this you need to have the existing server details, Spotfire 10.4 can be downloaded from tibco edelivery site.
