How to load column with value start with zero

I linked my spotfire to an excel file that was saved in server.

However, my spotfire cannot load the column with value started with zero.

I have tried:

1. formet excel column to text

2. formet my spotfire colume properity to string

3. saved the same excel in local drive(my laptop) and load by spotfre. Spotfire can load column with value start with zero.

 

Is there any column difference between loading from server or from local drive

No, there is no difference. It should work in both scenarios. Check if excel is correctly saved in your server. When importing data you will get dialog with preview of columns, where you can check the values.

I tried the same at my end, both local drive and server behave in same way.
