If you are using Spotfire Analyst, you can increase the rows shown in table visualization through Tools > Administration Manager > Preferences > Application > Data Import Preferences> TableVisualizationExternalRowLimit If you are using Spotfire Desktop, you can try to increase in this manner as shown in KB article: https://support.tibco.com/s/article/Preference-setting-for-Spotfire-Desktop-to-MarkingWhereClauseLimit-and-MarkingInQueryLimit TableVisualizationExternalRowLimit preference Lets you specify the maximum number of rows that can be shown in a table visualization, when you are working with in-database data.
