Spotfire Node Manager 7.10.1 cannot start

Spotfire server is up and running.

Note Manager service started, but it is offline. Please advise.

 

Got bellow error in the Node Managerlog:

Hello Rudy,

 

- Revoke the trust for Node Manager from within the ADMINUI

- Stop the Spotfire Node Manager service on Node

- Delete all the Nodes from within Untrusted Nodes

- Stop the Spotfire Server Service

- From the nm/trust folders on Spotfire Server & Node Manager machines, make sure to remove all the keystore files

- Start the Spotfire Server and wait until it is completely up.

- Now, start service of the Node Manager.

- From within the UI, trust the Node and give it a few minutes to completely startup.
