Spotfire Chart // Actual vs Plan Visualization

Hi,

I'm trying to create a plot to show Actual vs Plans for each person on a single visualization. Attached screenshot is what I need, but I'm not sure whether the out-of-the-box visualizations of Spotfire can achieve this. I would really appreciate if you can show me the way how to achieve it

P.S. I captured the screenshot from on of the presentations I came across but it doesn't show me the way. :(

Attached screenshot only shows either actual or planned values. Visualization used in simple bar chart showing percentage.

Can you pleaseprovide sample data and other proper screenshot for this requirement
