Spotfire 10.3.5 on Windows server not starting, Ignite ports in use.

Hello,

I am working on getting Spotfire Server running on Windows server. I am running the catalina.bat file and it appears to spin up a Spotfire server on the 8080, 9080 and 9443 ports, destroys them and starts ignite. However, it appears the ports are still in use when Ignite tries to start and fails.

Am I reading this correctly and any suggestions on how to fix the issue

I see the following error in the log.

Caused by: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: bind

-------------------

You would be generally getting this error if the ports are being used by any other application.

Run "netstat -o -n -a" to find what is running on Port 8080,9080,9443,9005,9501,9502.

By any chance do you have another version of the Spotfire server on the same machine which is using these ports
