After Spotfire upgrade from 10.0 to 10.6, R script is not executing in Webplayer

Hi,

After Spotfire upgrade from 10.0 to 10.6, R script is not executing in Webplayer, Currently we are using TERR engine 4.5 without TSSS.

R scripts are executing in Spotfire analyst where as in Web Player we are getting below error. Could you please help me out to resolve the issue.

 

Error : Could not execute function call " Function Name"

Error from Remote Service : Not Found(404) - Not Found

at Spotfire.Dxp.Data.DataFunctions.Executor.RemoteServiceClient.RunFunction(DataFucntionInvocation invocation)

Spotfire.Dxp.Data.DataFunctions.Executor.SplusFunctionExecutor.

If you do not have TSSS. then can you try to add the TERR service on the Node manager and see if it helps

we have TERR serices and added in Node Manager, before upgradation R script was working fine but after upgradation it is not working. Can you please check and help me

As you haveupgrade from 10.0 to 10.6 and using TERR Service to execute Data Function then you need to download and deploy TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R - Server Edition version 1.2.2 and check the result.

We have seen this issue if you are not using compatible version ofTIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R - Server Edition for TERR Service.

You can check below system requirement link forTIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R - Server Edition version 1.2.2 where it is clealy mentioned about compatible Spotfire version is10.3 or later.
