Error with HTTP request, response code: 500

I am getting below error (attached file) while opining data for information link. I ran SQL query against database, it is working fine. But information link couldn't be able to open.

Please help me how to debug this.

Hello Geetha,

HTTP code 500 means "server error".There seems to be something wrong with the presto database JDBC connectivity. Check at the Presto side.

What is the driver you are using And what is the data source version

Are you able to connect to same presto database via same JDBC driver via any other 3rd party JDBC tool(Eg: DBVISUALIZER)
