Kumaraswamy Gouthu Posted December 5, 2019 Share Posted December 5, 2019 one of the web player instances in the High Visibility pool went into an exhausted state and wouldnt come out It hung the other 2 instances as well and failed the all dependency jobs under instances. Najim Momin Posted December 6, 2019 Share Posted December 6, 2019 When you mentioned WP instance is exahusted, have you checked if it is exahausted because of high CPU or memory issue - Check how many analysis files are loaded on this WP insatnce compared to other WP instances - What is CPU and RAM size on this Node Manager machine -From Node manager machine, please send the output of the command, Start menu > type "msinfo32", which should bring up the "Windows system information".
