Node Instance - offline for 7.11v

Hi TIBCO suppoort,

one of my Node instances I can not get to work and it is showing offline. I can not get to be trusted at all.Can you please help. In the atatchment is print screens and log files;

Please perform below steps and let me know how it goes:

- Stop both Spotfire Server and Spotfire Node Manager Services

- Delete existing node entry under Untrusted nodes by clicking on "Delete" button.

- Clear all the existing logs from both the systems

- On the Spotfire Server machine, browse to [spotfire server installation folders]nmtrust folder and delete the keystore file if any

- On the Node Manager machine, browse to [spotfire Node Manager Installation folders]nmtrust and delete the keystore file if any

- Restart the Spotfire Server Service

- Restart the Node Manager Service

- Give it a couple of minutes and then login to 'Admin UI > Nodes and Services > Untrusted nodes and see if you can trust the node.

thnak you for your notes, but still the spotfire server is not showing node instances and there is nothing in Untrusted nodes.

If you are still facing this issue then please provide below information:

- nodemanager.properties files from both NM and Spotfire server installation directory(from nmconfig folder)

- Are NM and Spotfire server installed on same machine or different machines
