COLUMN HEADERS LOST IMPORTING TO SPOTFIRE

Every time I import a new dataset, the column headers are gone. What I'm left with is a Spotfire canvas that relabels all my data as Column 1, Column 2, etc. This is horrible functionality. I've read the FAQ boards, many of the same questions, and no apparent resolution other than "call us". Spotfire wasn't like this a few years ago. A central purpose of data vizualization is to elaborate on descriptive aspects of data... hard to do that when the descriptive categorizations are relabeled to meaningless names.

... yes, I've tried .csv, .xlsx, and tried some print/save manipulations. Again, this is horrible functionality.

Really... and now I have to find the product name from a dropdown list of 50+ products C'mon TIBCO. A+ for concept, D- for execution.
