This WARN concerns the webplayer SW100880 : "WARN 2019-10-29T06:07:15,129+0100 [service-event-handler-1479] wp.service.ServiceEventHandler: Failed to retrieve cached documents payload for https://sw100880.maif.local:9501/0dfa8e7f-7b2f-42dd-be70-b7156aff3462/Di... with capability WEB_PLAYER, continuing org.springframework.web.client.HttpClientErrorException$NotFound: 404 Not Found" Has someone already had this issue Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Varma Nadimpalli Posted April 7, 2020 Share Posted April 7, 2020 Hellophilippe, Are there any communication issues between Spotfire Server and Node Manager Check the status of the Web Player.If it is exhausted or offline 404 Not Found is a very genetic message.For more information check nm.log and Web Player worker log.
