German and french character encoding in TablePlot

Hi,

I have created an analysis based on data that is refreshed every day (~+5 new items in the table each day). The data is received over URL request as json, transformed to delimited string and sent to a table. All this is done in a python script.. The text contains come special characters (,,, ). They are displayed normally if I have the script print out string before sppoling it into table; in the table, they are displayed normally on some days and encoded in a funny way on other days (as a combination of two special characters).

Would anyone know, what are the settings that control this and how to set them to have the proper display of special characters each time
