How to create a chart that allows comparison to previous year and shows if this year is better than the previous year

Hi all,

I have attached a part of a bar graph that is currently in Tableau and I'm trying to recreate the chart in Spotfire where it shows this year's value as a bar, last year's value as a line and an arrow indicating if this year's score is better or worse than last year.

I am able to create the bar for this year, but unablel to add a linen for last year and an arrow.

Can anyone suggest what I can do in order to recreate this

Graphical table with a bullet chart for the bar and line combination, then an icon for the arrow.

The arrow will have to be next to the bullet chart, it won't be superimposed
