Lockout after multiple failed authentication requests

In the docs e.g. athttps://docs.tibco.com/pub/spotfire_server/10.2.0/doc/html/TIB_sfire_server_tsas_admin_help/GUID-E081E558-D016-412F-AC14-9C693E0E1EA3.htmlit is implied that a user will be locked out after multiple failed authentication attempts.

Where do I edit the settings for this lockout I created a test account and entered an incorrect password 30 times without being locked out.
