Connie Astrachan
I'm using Spotfire Cloud Analyst, publishing to a visualizationlibrary that will be shared with others in the company. I do not want them to have to know the SQL login credentials for the data source. The option to save the credentials with thedata source is grayed out. I see the "save credentials profile" option, but cannot find documentation on how to apply that correctly. I suspect it may be because I'm not using Spotfire Server Or am I just missing something I tried to play around with automation services job builder, to set external credentials, but haven't made much sense of that. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Varma Nadimpalli
Hello Connie, Here is the knowledge base article for the on-premise Spotfire environment. Not sure on the cloud side of things. https://support.tibco.com/s/article/How-to-avoid-display-of-login-prompt...
