Urgent help required in cross table using calculated field for moving average calculation

Hello Team,

I need your urgent help in fixing the query. I am using cross table wherein FY, Rep Month, Defect Qty & Consumption are coming from data table & 3MM (3 months moving avg), DPPM is coming from calculation.

In my query, I need to divide Defect Qty by 3MM whereas field 'Sum([Claims Part Qty])' which is Defect Qty not being exposed in the calculation (highlighted in the screenshot).

Could you please suggest how to fix it
