Can I check who and when a configuration file was changed on the Spotfire server

Hello! Is there a way to check when a user SSHed to our Spotfire server and changed configuration files such as:

*Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Web.config

*Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Host.exe.config

*Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Core.config

*Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Automation.config

 

This is useful as my team is currently sharing a server with another team. Both teams have admin accounts and can SSH to the server and change config files. Sometimes something breaks and it's useful to change the last person who edited a config file
