How to reset filters using configuration block

While navigating from dashboard A to dashboard B using configuration block is it possible to reset the default filters in dashboard B

There is no setting from configuration block to reset all filters. However one way would be to create a document property and assosciate a python script to reset all fitlers like below,

Then when navigating between dashboards set this document property using configuration block to trigger the script and that should reset the filters
