Security around datasource connections

Is it possible toset access limitation on the various database connections in Spotfire For instance, we have clients that we create dashboards for. Developer A has access to Database A but should not see the whole schema. They should only see data for their specified client. Has anyone found a work around to this

If you're using Information Services to retrieve the data then you set up an information model with a dedicated information link for each client- the information link could then only include the tables, or even the columns that should be available. If the division should be made on row level then you could use the "personalized information links" feature where you get access to the name of the authenticated user in the query and can make use of that in a filter (where-clause).
