How to store the Refresh Start and Refresh End time of a Spotfire report within a DB using Rest API connector

Hi All,

I want to store the each day's data refresh/load start and end time of Spotfire reports within a DB using REST API Connector. Currently, all the report refresh are triggered using Batch Script but the scirpt completes once the load is triggered, hence it is not capturing the execution details, end timings or error signals.

Is there a way to have such batch command to ensure the script keeps running till the actual data load is complete and capture start time, end time and even error signal and error messages

If there is any alternate way to achieve the same, I would like to know the same...

Sounds to me a task for automation services. In that case you can use the spotfire log files for detailed information on loading.
