How can I delete embedded Spotfire reports other than thru Library Administration

Hello Spotfire Family,

I have few daily embedded reports that creates a new copy of the embedded report evertime with the date appended to the end of file name.

i.e.

file_name_yyyy-mm-dd

Due to this we have accumulated lots of files. I am trying to set a retention policy, so older files are deleted automatically.

Has anyone implemented this kind of solution andis thatpossible.

 

Please share your thoughts and ideas, I will greatly appreciate that.
