Facing issues while opening .dxp files in my system directly through the TIBCO Spotfire Analyst tool

Hi all,

I am unable to open .dxp files on my system directly through the TIBCO Spotfire Analyst tool (version 7.10.0), i.e by Right clicking on it and selecting Open With.

However, I am able to open the .dxp file from within the Spotfire tool, once I open it separately.

Can someone guide me on how toresolve this

I assume when you do aright click > Open with, you don't see Spotfire under the option of "More Apps".

If not, you can always scroll down to the bottom and choose "Look for another app on this PC". Just find the Spotfire.DXP.exe and point to that. There are a number of places it could be stored depending on how it was installed and what specific version (Desktop vs Analyst vs Portable)

As to why this happend, there may have been an issue during the installation, you are running the portable version or you had multiple versions installed and uninstalled a later version.
