Script for navigating from one DXP to a different DXP, using the action on click command

Is it possible to develop a custom script for navigating to a different report using the action on click command (instead of navigating to another page in the same report, end user should navigateto a specific page of a different report).

What i am looking for is -'click on a KPI card in the scorecard, and navigate to a different report with more details on that;this helps in cut down on duplicating visualizations and data within DXPs. I need this script to work in a web browser, so that end users can click on cards and navigate to another report, inside the same browser tab.
