Krishna Chaitanya 3 Posted July 3, 2019 Share Posted July 3, 2019 Hi, I want to enable LDAP group sync in spotfire. My user directory is LDAP. Currently i been using a open LDAP server (https://www.zflexsoftware.com/index.php/pages/free-online-ldap). Using these details I am able to authenticate with LDAP server and establish connection. After successful authentication and Spotfire server restart (Notifies after saving configuration). The groups and users are not appearing in the Administration manager. Can anyone please look into this and help us in trouble shooting. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
