Juan Pablo Berlinger Posted June 21, 2019 Share Posted June 21, 2019 Hi all, I'm working with Spotfire 7.7 and I have several scheduled updates (at different times and different data sources), which work correctly during the day, but at night it happens that it takes hours to finish, being that in the day only take a few minutes . help please! Prashant Anand Posted June 21, 2019 Share Posted June 21, 2019 Hello Juan, One possible reason that I can think of is that there could be many otherschedule update rules loading on the same Web Player instance as this report at that time(which according to you is night time). Please check that.If thats the case, you might need to distribute the load on multiple instances if there are many reports caching on the same instance at a specific time.
