Where is the log file

In the Spotfire Analyst client user, he getthis error:

"Unexpected error while loading data:Error while processing measure data See the log file for more detail."

Where I can find the correct log file to see this erro

You can enable debug logging as below

How to enable Debug Logging - Spotfire Professional Client

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Open Spotfire Client

2. Browse to "Help > Support Diagnostics and Logging" > Logging tab

3. Set the Log level to "Debug" and make a note of the "Log file" location

4. Click on OK

5. If applicable, replicate the issue and then open the "Log file" path

In the same dialog you can see the log file path and option to open the folder
